When in Rome… Stop&Go City Tour
If you visit Rome and you wish to see as much as possible without it costing you too much the Stop&Go Open Trambus could be an option. The “Hop on, Hop off” bus starts at Roma Termini and has stops near most of Rome’s tourist attractions.
A ticket is valid for 24 hours and costs 16 Euros (13 Euros for over 65s and children between 6 and 12 years of age). You can get on and off as often as you want. If you do not get off at all, the tour will take about 2 hours. The Stop’n’Go bus leaves every 20 minutes (including sundays and holidays) from 8.30am until 8.30pm.
The bus is a double-decker with the top part open. Audioguides are available in 8 different languages, including English. You receive a city map and headphones upon boarding. The bus is adapted for the handicapped.
The ticket can be purchased on the bus. You can also book beforehand using the Trambusopen website.
